- Ensure thorough understanding of requirements by the Team and maintain top to bottom program goals, efficient task organization and prioritization and management of program drivers and budget
- Establish and maintain program controls to monitor schedule, funding and staffing levels
- Develop program formal/informal test plans in support of successful system validation and verification
- Establish and maintain fluent communication channels with all Program stakeholders, including core and supporting engineering teams in cross-functional areas, internal and external Customers and company executives to ensure Program execution plan is understood, subscribed and achieved by all
